How to perform a key on engine running ( koer ) test on Ford vehicles with the EEC-IV engine management efi system. The video is a Taurus SHO but the same procedure should work on the 1984 through 1994 Ranger, Mustang, F150, Thunderbird, etc. This test examines the car or trucks engine's various sensors while running, and reports any trouble codes via the check engine light. Doesn't require a scanner, just a paperclip!
