smoke is new clutch burning off its oils for storage.
its a knock off brand kids atv. had a bad engine. pulled it off and put on a honda 5.5 power washer motor. i had to do some fabrication on the clutch to get the gear i wanted to use on it. and then chain was bouncing a bunch when was bench testing it. figure put it on the ground and try it. and chain hasnt popped since.
i had to make the shaft coupler. and the clutch had a gear added to it. all welded.
fun lil project about 15 hours into it. just to use up good parts around on bad machines.
