Atomic Shrimp Followup On EleksDraw Machine - Problems And Progress (Part 2 Of 3)

A week or so has passed since my disappointing purchase of an EleksMaker EleksDraw machine - which arrived as a kit with no instructions (but was sold to me as ready to use).

I still don't have a fully working device - the servo that lifts the pen isn't moving.
