This HIIT workout is a two part workout. The first part will be 3 exercise moves repeated 2 times for a work time of 45 seconds with 15 second breaks in-between. Here are the 3 moves;
1. Half Burpee & Kettlebell Lift
2. V-Up Touching Opposite Hand to Foot
3. Jump Lunge/Side Kick
After completing this set two times, you will do 20 side to side crunches
Part 2 is 3 moves again for the same times repeated twice
1. Speed Skaters
2. Plank Row & Knee Tuck
3. Jump Jack Side Kick
After completing this set twice, do 20 Clam Shells - advanced or regular.
